When the world was hit by Covid-19, the society changed significantly. But on the bright side, I think Corona has helped with the digital transformation that many companies should have done a long time ago, both their service design and their ways of working.

When everyone works from home, there are higher demands on the digital tools and many (including myself) who believed that you could only do certain things when you meet face to face, realize that there are very good digital tools to do most things online. At least in the industry I work within.

On my private blog, I write more about meetings, workshops and exploratory user interviews when you have to work from home during the Covid-19 epidemic. But it is in Swedish only.
